Why is it illegal for teenagers to create porn?

Say, if a 16-year-old wanted to create a porno with her boyfriend of the same age, why is that illegal?





It's kinda different than, say, a 5-year-old being forced to perform oral sex on an old man.








So, why is it illegal for underage CONSENTING parties to create porn?Why is it illegal for teenagers to create porn?
Because people believe until you're 18 you are not capable of understanding the significance or ramification of what you are doing. However, there are a lot of people over 18 that still can't process that. lol.





Just remember that it's always possible for someone to send a video to his friends if he goes through a break up... or if he's drunk and stupid... Or just stupid...Why is it illegal for teenagers to create porn?
Because a 16 year old should b more concerned about getting good grades in school and creating a better future instead of having sex and creating porn with a boy that is not going to be there forever. I mean, why record it? What happens if you become a well-known public figure and this guy needs extra money, so he sells the tape to make extra money? Your reputation and respect from peers, family, and the community are tarnished. All for what? Take a mental video since you're having sex anyway..trust me, it will be just that much more special for you.
ok think about it this way. how would u feel if ur 16 yr old son/daughter made a porno film, and then everyone else saw her/his goods all over the world. ok. now also, there teenagers, their hormones are crazy and rather then using there brains, they do wat their hormones want. and then they regret it. so u decide.
number 1 - -it's underage


number 2 -- once the little video is made the girl will never know where it was sent. It can be a ghost in the closet forever. A future husband, a future boss, a future father in law------ who else will see it? Her sons in the future.....
Because 16 is considered under age. And they don't think you know what you are doing. And you might regret it later. And it just might ruin your life later on. Look what happened to some of the Miss America's.
Because you are not of the legal age to consent! Therefore legally speaking you can't consent!
any depictions of a person under the age of 18 having sex or in a sexual situation is legally considered child pornography even if the : children'; are the ones making it.
Well, in England 16 is the consenting age, so its just America that won't allow it.
Its only illegal if people find out about it ;)
they can create it, but are not allowed to watch it --go figure that out


(but that depends which country you are in)
