Any recipes that are good for teenagers and their friends on their birthday?

Im 13 on saturday and i was thinking about making something for them to eat to celebrate. Im a bit stuck for ideas on what to do and i was wondering if you could help? Something that is easy to do, doesnt require much ingredients and that is really nice ( im talking about sweet food). thank youAny recipes that are good for teenagers and their friends on their birthday?
Nachos!

Get some doritos/triangle corn chips spead them out on a big tray, add some salsa (doritos do a salsa dip to go with the chips) then add lots of grated cheese, more doritos and repeat.

Then wack it under the grill/in the oven for a few minutes, till all the cheese has melted.

Mix up some guaccamoli (just scoop out the insides of a few avacardos, mash it up in a bowl with a tiny bit of mayo and a splash of tobasco) and put that into the nachos in little dollops along with some sour cream.

Oh **** sweet food erm....white chocolate cheese cake with sparklers! Krispey kreme doughnuts, gypsy tart, cookiesAny recipes that are good for teenagers and their friends on their birthday?
Dead easy and very addictive...

Nigella`s instant chocolate mousse

Serves 4-6

150g mini marshmallows

50g soft butter

250g good dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), chopped into small pieces

60ml hot water from a recently boiled kettle

1 x 284ml tub double cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Put the marshmallows, butter, chocolate and water in a heavy-based saucepan.

2. Put the saucepan on the hob, over heat, though keep it fairly gentle, to melt the contents, stirring every now and again. Remove from the heat.

3. Meanwhile, whip the cream with the vanilla extract until thick, and then fold into the cooling chocolate mixture until you have a smooth, cohesive mixture.

4. Pour or scrape into four glasses or ramekins, about 175ml each in capacity, or six smaller (125ml) ones, and chill until you want to eat. The sooner, the better!
Hi!

I recently found a recipe which i've been making.. everyday lol! I love it sooo much, because its gorgeous, cheap and easy..FUDGE!

All you need is..

350g Castor Sugar

300ml Milk

100g Butter

Few drops of Vanilla essence

(WOW! lol)

What you do..

Grease an 18cm square cake tin.

2. Put the milk, sugar and butter in a heavy-based saucepan. Heat slowly, stirring all the time, until the sugar has dissolved and the butter melted.

3. Bring to the boil and boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring all the time.

4. When the mixture is very thick, drop a tsp into some cold water, if it stays in a ball that you can squeeze inbetween your fingers, it's done. If it doesn't keep on the heat and do it again in 5 minutes time. Then remove from heat.

5.Add the vanilla and beat the mixture with a spoon for a few minutes, until it starts to thicken and the gloss disappears.

6. Pour into the prepared tin and leave to set at room temperature (do not put it in the fridge).

7. Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and store in a sealed container.

It's gorgeous and so cheap!! Hope you have a great party!! =D

Custard!
What would be a great idea, would be like get loads of colourful bowls or one colour that you like, pu them on a big long table and then fill them, with stuff like sweets (haribos, millions, roundtree randoms etc.) or Chocolate (chocolate buttons, chocolate chips etc.) Oreos (the little ones) like fill a whole bowl with them! Same with mini marshmellows, or strawberrys

And then give everyone some ice cream in a bowl, and they can just like get what ever they want! Or you could have jelly instead of ice cream. Would be cool :D I know i'd like to go if i knew that was on the menu :P

Another idea would be to make like some really colourful food, such as cakes, with coloured icing sugar, and loads of sprinkles, them silver balls, etc.

A good idea for the actual meal, i think would be to have a huge pizza! and chips n coke.

Hope i helped :D
