i would reccomend to take some courses at the tanya powell agency. it would help you alot with understading where your talent stands in the industry and you can familiarize yourself with modelling befor you contact an agency for an interview. also after the course you may see if you would want to join the agency. here are the list of courses

i suggest the two week holiday course for girls 13 and above





you may want to check out costmopolitan model management but i dont think its what youre looking for. there are alot of experience 16+ models in this agency
