I'm in secondary school in England, and I like to go somewhere in Europe.

Exchange programmes will generally run through your school, such as the short French exchange trips everyone seems to do. If you wait until university many of them will offer semester abroad programmes during the course. You'd have to check out some Uni prospectuses, i know Bristol and St Andrews do year abroad courses :)
