Why are there so many adults trying to hang out with and be friends with teenagers?

There is this couple who are almost in their thirty's who constantly want my 15 year old daughter to come over and babysit for them, and when she's not doing that, they want her to constantly be over at their house just hanging out. Am I the only person who thinks there is a problem? Can someone explain to me why adults want to be friends with teenagers? Why are there so many adults trying to hang out with and be friends with teenagers?
Because it makes them feel young and hip to be connecting with a teenager. Why are there so many adults trying to hang out with and be friends with teenagers?
Maybe your daughter is their ideal type of daughter too that's why they love seeing her.

Sometimes, adults want to make friends with teenagers because they see something really nice to the young ones. Let's say some teenagers are very vocal and talkative and some adults just want those type of people because they feel comfort. Or, some adults also want to make friends with teenagers because of some hidden agendas. As an adult, they already have lots of experiences which makes it easy for them to fool the young ones who aren't that expose to the real world.
There could be a problem. And, adults who want to be friends with teenagers habitually are bad news.
