Who's responsibility is it to use protection in terms of teenagers, the boy or the girl?

BOTH.

Male use condom

Girl use birth control pill/shot/implant

That way if the condom breaks you will have backup and if she misses a pill you have backup. Everybody winsWho's responsibility is it to use protection in terms of teenagers, the boy or the girl?
It should be the responsibility of both parties. But that is not always the case. Girls, do not let anyone put a penis inside your vagina without protection,EVER. Girls you need to be in control of whatever kind of protection you have available. Girls if you become pregnant and there is a penalty to pay or a burden to bear the heaviest part always falls upon the girl and it lasts a long time. Becoming pregnant and bearing a child is a life changer so think with your heads and not with your heart. Remember that you are in the healthiest era of your life, your organs are soft and you are very fertile. Don't have sex without protection and you won't have to regret it.Who's responsibility is it to use protection in terms of teenagers, the boy or the girl?
Both.

I don't see how the girl needs to be more responsible then the boy, they both are equally responsible if they get pregnant, so why shouldn't they be equally responsible for protecting themselves?

And just because the girl is the one who gets pregnant, doesn't mean the boy doesn't then have a responsibility for the rest of his life.
Teenagers are too young and stupid to be doing anything that may result in procreation. However, it's up to both. Sex is a TWO (or more) person deal, and it isn't up to one or the other to be responsible. If both parties aren't smart enough to use protection, then NEITHER should be having sex in the first place.
Teenagers should not be having sex.

Okay, with that said, it is the responsibility of BOTH partners to make certain they are HIV/AIDS and STD tested every year and that they are using protection -- at minimum, condums (only protection against STDs) but prefer BC pills AND condums!
i beleive it is both parties responsibilities you cant trust soem people and even if you do birth control doesnt alwasy work-im 14 weeks pregnant because my birth control failed if my husband had been using birth control we wouldnt be in this situation but i was ignorant-it is best to have both parties use birth control-
i say both...

i made the mistake of letting my boyfriend have a say in whether or not a condom would be used... we used it then he took it off and a month later i found myself at a clinic waiting for an abortion... but i couldnt go thru with it
Definitely both...and if you don't want to make a baby, don't rely on the other person to have/use protection. It's your responsibility to make sure that you have your own.
Do you really need to ask that? Its both of your responsibilities. A girl cant impregnate herself. It takes two to tango. Both of you are responsible! End of story!
Its both parties responsibility
well duh...BOTH!!!..it takes two to make a baby, and if she gets pregnant then its still both of your faults...
BOTH!

two methods is always always better than one.
both

after all two make a baby guys just can't go well i thought she was on something that don't work with csa
BOTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both!
its both .. boy and girl, don't have sex without protection
