I was thinking that when you have your license for 6months you can carry one passenger to carpool because its enviormentally-friendly and its safe. The other five people in the back cause the most problems..but the front passenger doesnt affect the driver.Is this a good driving law to be considered for teenagers?
I don't know any teenagers who carpool. Any passenger is a distraction to a newly licensed teenage driver. So the answer to your question is no.Is this a good driving law to be considered for teenagers?
