What are some reasons that teenagers would benefit from staying abstinent until marriage?

I have a class that i'm doing and I need 25-50 reasons teens would wait until they were married to have sexWhat are some reasons that teenagers would benefit from staying abstinent until marriage?
STD's - HPV, Goneria, Syphilis, AIDS, and so on

Harder to get a hold of birth control and protection when you are underage

Can't even be 100% sure of your sexuality at a young age, haven't had enough experience with relationships and ';love';

In general, women who are sexually active will get more yeast infections (and you don't want to have to tell your mom to pick you up some cream for that do you)

To avoid having embarrassing conversations with your parents

Social Labeling - teenage s*ut (and guys do tell all and other teenage boys will think you will do the same for them)

Pregnancy

Maturity

not enough experience with love to know when someone really likes and enjoys you, not just trying to get their jollies jingling

once its gone and you picked the wrong person you regret it

Experience, teenagers don't know enough about their anatomy to know what buttons really get the fire going. What are some reasons that teenagers would benefit from staying abstinent until marriage?
';Not to disappoint your parents ...';

What you will find when you are grown up is that there really is no controlling your teenager. The most you can do is build a strong relationship and if that relationship is not in place by time they are in their teens you can pretty much forget it. The natural breaking away of child from parent will kick in early and rebellion will set in.

Now the way I explained it to my princesses is this: Every time you sex, in a way you are giving a piece of your heart. Sex is a very special and intimate thing %26amp; their memory will be with you forever. Now if you give pieces of your heart to those who dont deserve it, when that person you want to love with your whole heart comes allong you wont have your whole heart to give them.

Other less important reasons ...

- Raging painfull STDs

- unwed mothers 50% live in poverty at some time

- unwed mothers 75% never marry

- children of broken families' don't do as well in school %26amp; are more likely to end up in prison

- Oh %26amp; my favorite ... you will go to hell
Less risk of STD's.

Some teenagers are religious and believe it's immoral.

Don't have to worry about having a baby young.

Know that it's with the right person.

It proves to the person you give it to that you love them (not just in it to have fun)

You don't have to use condoms when you're married!

Sex outside marriage can damage some relationships.

And the last one I can think of is when you have a baby with your spouse, it will recieve more love than if you had it with a stranger as a teenager.
Marriage wouldn't completely rule this all out but for the most part....

No ';unexpected'; teenage pregnancies.

No STD's.

No emotional scars of multiple sex partners.

No worrying whether or not the father of your child will leave you.

The feeling of knowing that your first time was with your husband, that you didn't waste it.
Well I read in an online medical article that the first time you have sex a hormone is released that makes you trust the person you had sex with. So having sex with someone who eventually might not want you anymore makes the heartbreak ten times worse. But if its with someone you wanna spend the rest of your life with, it can improve the relationship.

Hope that helped (:

I do not recommend abstinence. Sex is a physiological need, to deny it puts unnecessary strain on the body and mentality.
They will be more responsible in choosing their sex partner. Additionally, they will be over the peer pressure stage.
Read this board for a few hours. You'll easily come up with 25-50 kids below 16 years old worried to death that they may be or know they are pregnant. I think each one them is reason enough.
they think it's more special being with just one person

no risk of STD's

no risk of unwanted pregnancy
hmm...

good one.

haha.

they do not benifit.
sexually transmitted disease

pregnancy
self-respect.
